The material of inlays an onlays can be: zircon, gold, ceramics or hard plastic (modified composite). We always choose the used material together considering the given dental condition and the expectations of the client.
As for functionality we recommend to use gold, as it the best considering durability and peripheral seal. From the point of view of aesthetic and cost-effectiveness we recommend zircon and ceramic overlays. They are aesthetically perfect and have good sealing, they are absolutely reliable.
