Handling of data connected to healthcare activities of Coradent Fogászati Kft. is regulated by MEDICAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION.

Purpose of processing data connected to medical treatment: registration for dental treatment. Data Handler stores the applicant’s contact information for data exchange connected to the dental service.

Duration

We handle personal data connected to dental treatment until the User requests for the deletion of the given data. Withdrawal of consent and deletion of data can be requested any time on the following email address:info@coradent.hu ( Except accounting documentation, as these data must be kept under article 2, paragraph 169 , of the C. Law of 2000.)

User’s rights and possibility to remedy in connection to data handling

The user can ask for data correction at any time electronically on the following email address: info@coradent.hu

Data handling connected to customer relationship may not be terminated as long as legislation orders the obligation of data management.

Remedy

Any involved person in case of encroachment on his/her rights connected to data handling may turn to the relevant regional court, in the capital to the Budapest-Capital Regional Court or may ask for an examination at the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (chairman: dr. Publication of data, data transfer

Publication takes places only with further contribution. Data transfer to third party does not take place.
